Batteries Plus Bulbs Opens First Casper Store

Americans – 31 percent – have broken their phone in the last year, according to a nationwide survey conducted by Batteries Plus Bulbs, the nation's only battery, light bulb and phone repair franchise, but 65 percent don't have insurance to cover the repairs.

With the opening of the specialty retailer's first store in Casper, locals will now have access to product experts and a wide array of specialized options for fixing phones, as well as purchasing automotive batteries, powering essential electronics, and lighting homes and businesses. The new location, like all Batteries Plus Bulbs stores, will offer an unrivaled product selection, in-stock availability, and customer service.

The store, located at 4801 E. 2nd Street, is owned and operated by seasoned business and franchise owner Dave Swanson. Eager to work for a company that would fulfill his entrepreneurial aspirations, Dave decided to open his first Batteries Plus Bulbs store after hearing about the retailer’s reputation of supporting small business owners. While Dave has experience in travel-related franchising, he was ready to make a career change and moved from Chicago to Casper more than a year ago.

“Batteries Plus Bulbs meets every customer’s needs and more when it comes to batteries and phone repair. I’m excited to use my previous franchising experience to enhance customer satisfaction,” said Swanson. “Since moving to Casper, I’ve noticed how tight knit and welcoming this community is, and connecting with these wonderful residents who come into the store is my main priority. So come in, the doors are officially open!”
