  1. Casper-based brunch spot Eggington's is making big moves. The popular local restaurant announced plans to expand in Wyoming and Arizona, but first, it's taking to the coast; the first expansion location will open in Santa Barbara, California. Eggington owner Pete Fazio said he doesn't plan to build more than eight to 10 restaurants, however, or open other locations outside of Wyoming and Arizona. (Cowboy State Daily)
  2. According to a Fiscal Year 2024 draft budget, Casper city employees — except those who work in public safety, which follows different wage plans — could receive in-band raises. The raises would cost around $1.1 million to implement if approved in the budget, which will be officially adopted near the end of the month. (Subscription: Casper Star-Tribune)
  3. In case you missed it, the City of Casper's utility bill drop-off location, in addition to Municipal Court and Rocky Mountain Power drop-offs, has relocated. All of the drop-offs are now located at the City Hall parking lot entrance on West A Street, between North David and North Ash Street, due to upcoming renovations to City Hall. (K2 Radio)
