Parts Of Wyoming Will Feel Like 30 Degrees Below Zero This Week
The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook for Casper, Yellowstone, Jackson Hole and other areas as temperatures fall.

CASPER, WY — Weather forecasters warned of dangerous conditions for Casper area residents as the region could see snow and a bone-chilling cold that could make it feel like 15 degrees below zero during the day —and 30 degrees below zero overnight.
There was a 50 percent chance of snow before 4 p.m. Wednesday in Casper, the National Weather Service said. Temperatures would top out near 8 degrees, but blustery winds could make it feel like 15 degrees below zero. Snow of up to half an inch was possible during the day.
Overnight, temperatures were expected to drop to a low of 8 degrees below zero, the weather service said. Breezy winds could make it feel closer to 30 degrees below zero.

A hazardous weather outlook was issued Wednesday morning for western and central Wyoming due to the frigid temperatures. Temperatures will remain dangerously cold Thursday as well, with forecasters predicting a high of just 18 degrees and wind chill values as low as 25 degrees below zero during the day.
