• Leonard Jerome Torczon (codyenterprise.com) — Powell-born cowboy and Garland resident Leonard Jerome Torczon, 82, has died, leaving a wide circle of family and friends across Park County and beyond. A rancher, veteran, musician, and community volunteer, he spent decades working and performing throughout the Big Horn Basin. Funeral services with military honors are set for Friday, Dec. 19, in nearby Clark.
