• Library System Asks Residents for Time-Capsule Items (bigfoot99.com) — Rawlins residents are being asked to help fill a new time capsule at the Carbon County Library System as part of its 100th anniversary celebration. Each branch, including Rawlins, is collecting local photos, clippings, and keepsakes through National Library Week in April, when the capsules will be dedicated and put on display for future generations.
