1 Dead After Shooting At Empire Gentleman’s Club
A verbal altercation resulted in a deadly shooting Sunday morning in north Birmingham.
BIRMINGHAM, AL — One person is dead after a shooting in north Birmingham Sunday morning. The shooting occurred just after 6 a.m. outside the Empire Gentleman’s Club at 100 3rd Avenue North.
Officer Truman Fitzgerald of the Birmingham Police Department said the preliminary investigation suggests an verbal altercation escalated, resulting in the shooting.
Fitzgerald said the shooter fled the scene.
