Birmingham Woman Missing Since May Found Safe
Police confirmed to multiple news outlets that Carolyn Cobb, 63, had been living in a motel for quite some time in Andalusia.

BIRMINGHAM, AL — A 63-year-old woman missing from Birmingham for the last six months was found safe Tuesday in Andalusia. Police confirmed to multiple news outlets that she'd been living in a motel for quite some time.
According to the Birmingham Police Department, Carolyn Cobb was last seen on Thursday, May 20, 2021 and had no been in contact with her family.
Earlier this week, someone spotted Cobb in front of a restaurant. She told someone there that she could not find her family, WBRC-TV reported.

Her story along with was photo was then shared on social media by the person who encountered her at the restaurant, in turn, helping police to make contact with her.
Andalusia Police Chief Paul Hudson told AL.com that his department is currently working to Cobb with her family.
