John Glenn Named Managing Partner of the Year at Awards Conference
Birmingham and restaurant executive John Glenn awarded Managing Partner of the Year by Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Recognized for his leadership, financial performance and guest satisfaction, Birmingham resident and restaurant executive John Glenn was named Managing Partner of the Year by Firebirds Wood Fired Grill at its recent annual conference in Amelia Island, Florida.
The popular contemporary-polished American restaurant and steakhouse is known for its seasoned hand-cut steaks and fresh seafood prepared over an exposed wood-fired grill.
“John’s performance managing a loyal and growing staff coupled with his impressive management style have earned him this well-deserved honor,” CEO Stephen Kislow said.

Glenn began his career at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in 2014 as a Bar Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 2017 at Firebirds’ Nashville area location in Brentwood, TN. In 2020, Glenn was promoted to Managing Partner at Firebirds in Birmingham, AL. Prior to joining Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Glenn served as a front-of-house captain at Morton’s The Steakhouse.
