Live Music In Birmingham: Patch Music Calendar Sept. 9-15

Check out which artists are playing live in the Birmingham metro in the coming week.

BIRMINGHAM, AL — Fall is (sort of) in the air in the Magic City, and it's a great time of year to go out and see some live music. This weekend is full of great options, too.

There are plenty of local and regional artists playing in town, including Raquel Lily at The Nick Friday night, Wilderado at TrimTab Brwery Saturday and more. But the weekend also brings some heavy hitting international touring artists in Glass Animals (Thursday night at Avondale Brewery) and Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit at Oak Mountain Saturday.
