Local Author Teaches Parents to Break Negative Generational Cycles

Birmingham resident Rachel Gunn is a parent consultant, author, and founder of the nonprofit Seeds of Impact. Her mission is to impact future generations by helping parents break generational cycles and establish new parenting principles.

Gunn leveraged her combined experience as an educator and mother to write her debut book, Impact Parenting, which teaches parents how to shift from impulsive reactions to intentional choices when raising their children.

She is celebrating her book launch today at Little Professor Bookshop Homewood from 4:00 - 6:00pm CT. The event is open to the public and all are welcome.
