We asked Laura Silsbee, a Mountain Brook native and wellness expert, to help us find the best beauty deals, fitness classes, farmers markets and more — happening in and around Birmingham in November. She has some amazing finds — including lash lifts, free pilates and pre-made Thanksgiving meals and sides. Check out her Birmingham Patch Wellness Guide for November here.
