  1. A local county deputy has been arrested on prostitution charges. Jerrod Moore, 25, was booked into the county jail on Friday. He was released from jail on a $600 bond and placed on administrative leave pending an internal investigation. Moore was working in the corrections division at the time of the arrest.   2. Big money, big dreams: a Hoover teen has received over $2 million in scholarships. Rotimi Kukoyi, a senior, has been accepted by over 15 universities and became the first Black National Merit Scholar at his high school.
