Here are the top three stories today in Hoover:

1. The Hoover Public Library will be hosting The Magical World of Santa's Circus on Thursday, Dec. 1 at 7:30 p.m. The circus production will feature holiday characters in a beautiful storyline. There will be breathtaking stunts, comedy, and more. Click for ticket details. (City of Hoover)
2. Have you tried geocaching? The Hoover Public Library will be hosting "Treasure Hunt, Introduction to Geocaching" on Tuesday, Dec. 13, at 6:00 p.m. Participants will use the geocaching website and a GPS device to find hidden geocaches during the event. There will be experienced instructors leading the event. (City of Hoover)
3. The Jefferson County Courthouse will be closed from Dec. 23 through Dec. 26. The closures are in recognition of the Christmas holiday. Please plan accordingly. (Jefferson County)
