  1. On Apr. 20, Governor Ivey signed The Game Plan economic growth package in Montgomery. The package includes four bills designed to help Alabama's economic future.   2. Today, Apr. 22, Montgomery’s First Lady Tamika Reed will host the Move Montgomery 5K Bunny Hop Run/Walk at the Union Station Train Shed at 5:00 p.m. To help support the Montgomery Area Food Bank, participants are asked to bring a canned good to the event. (wvasfm.org)

On Saturday, Apr. 22, events include the Move Montgomery 5K Bunny Hop, a local Authors Expo at Montgomery City-County Public Library Juliette Hampton Morgan Library, the 26th Annual Herb Day Festival at Grace Presbyterian Church, and City of Montgomery Parks and Recreation Summer Registration Kick-Off & Family Fun Day at Oak Park.
