Trussville is a place like no other. And whether you grew up here, recently moved to the area or you’re just an occasional visitor, you know that Trussville has its own special traditions and history that make it so unique.

A few things to know:

  • The Cahaba Homestead Village Historic District is a picturesque area in Trussville, ideal for strolling around. The district has received a historical designation from the Alabama Historical Preservation Commission.
  • Did you know that Trussville has its own brewery? Ferus Artisan Ales offers a variety of craft beers made on-site, along with live music and other events on weekends. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cold one with friends.
  • The city hosts the annual Trussville City Fest, a family-friendly event that features live music, food vendors and carnival rides. The festival draws in thousands of visitors each year and is a great way to experience the local community.
  • If you're a fan of disc golf, you'll be happy to know that Trussville has its own course. The Trussville Disc Golf Course has 18 holes and is located at Civitan Park.
  • For a unique shopping experience, head to the Trussville Antique Mall. This 33,000-square-foot space is home to over 50 vendors selling antiques, collectibles and other unique finds. It's a great place to spend an afternoon browsing and hunting for treasures.
