10 West Alabama Lawmakers To Attend Chamber's State Of The State Event

TUSCALOOSA, AL β The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama is set to host local lawmakers next week for its 2024 "Chamber in Session: State of the State" event.

Presented by the University of Alabama System, the event will feature a panel of 10 West Alabama legislators on April 29 at Embassy Suites Tuscaloosa Downtown from 11: 30 a.m. until 1 p.m.

The panel will consist of Republican state Senators Gerald Allen and Greg Reed and Democrat Bobby Singleton, along with Republican House Representatives Cynthia Lee Almond, Ron Bolton, Bryan Brinyark, Bill Lamb and Democrats Chris England, A.J. McCampbell and Curtis Travis.
The Chamber says its Chamber in Session events are part of its public policy and advocacy efforts, with events held throughout the year.
