Alabama Power, Young Tuscaloosa Partnering For Electric Vehicle Tailgate Thursday

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Alabama Power and Young Tuscaloosa are partnering to present an Electric Vehicle (EV) Tailgate Lunch and Learn event on Thursday, Aug. 22.

The event will start at 11:30 a.m. with the tailgate beginning at noon at the Alabama Power Division Office in Tuscaloosa, located at 915 Queen City Avenue.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with Alabama Power’s EV team, who will offer insights into electric vehicles and discuss advancements in charging infrastructure.

The showcase will also include a diverse range of electric vehicles, allowing attendees to examine different models and their features.

The EV team intends to share information on the benefits of electric vehicles, the latest technological advancements and the expanding network of charging stations.

Attendees can also ask questions and gain a better understanding of how electric vehicles can fit into their lifestyles.
