ALDOT Announces Resurfacing Work For U.S. Highway 11 In Coaling
Work on the project is expected to begin Monday, Sept. 11, and will continue for approximately nine months.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) on Tuesday announced a repaving project on U.S. Highway 11 at Middle Coaling Road and Ed Stephens Road in Coaling.

Work on the project is expected to begin Monday, Sept. 11, and will continue for approximately nine months, weather permitting.

ALDOT says the contractor will install temporary portable traffic signals to help manage traffic flow and enhance safety. Abramson is the contractor on the $6.2 million project.
