Booth Registration Opens For 'Tech Or Treat' 2024

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Booth registration has opened for the City of Tuscaloosa’s eighth annual Tech or Treat event next month.

Tech or Treat will be held on Oct. 24 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Gateway, with community organizations asked to bring candy and a science, technology, engineering, art or math (STEAM) activity for children.

The free community event is similar to a “trunk-or-treat" that will allow families and children to go from table to table collecting candy and being introduced to STEAM concepts through activities facilitated by city departments and community organizations.

All children in attendance must be accompanied by an adult.
