CARBON HILL, AL β€” Police in Walker County are actively on the hunt for a suspect following the shooting death of a man Tuesday on Mays Road in Carbon Hill.

AL.com's Carol Robinson reported of the initial shooting that 58-year-old Stanley Webb was identified as the victim, but few other details have been made public.

However, the Carbon Hill Police Department on Wednesday said it is searching for Lonny Paul Tatum, 49, but did not provide any additional context or information.

Tatum is described as 6'1" tall and weighing approximately 250 pounds.
