Chamber Music Tuscaloosa Announces 2025-26 Performance Season

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Chamber Music Tuscaloosa’s 2025-26 season, “From Coast to Coast,” will feature ensembles from San Francisco and New York in programs blending classical masterworks with contemporary and jazz influences.

The Telegraph Quartet is set to perform Oct. 13 at 7:30 p.m. at Grace Presbyterian Church, and the SPA Trio — featuring Alabama native soprano Susanna Phillips — will appear Feb. 4, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Concert Hall of Moody Music Building at the University of Alabama.

Now in its 11th season, the Telegraph Quartet formed in 2013 and has earned honors including the 2016 Walter W. Naumburg Chamber Music Award and the 2014 Fischoff Chamber Music Competition Grand Prize.
The group has performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center and major festivals across the U.S. and abroad.

The SPA Trio, which first performed together in 2011, embraces the European salon tradition with parlor-style songs from the 19th and 20th centuries.
The ensemble features Phillips, violist Paul Neubauer and pianist Anne-Marie McDermott, all acclaimed for their international careers as soloists and collaborators.
Seating for both concerts is general admission.
Tickets are free, with a suggested $20 donation per person.
