Community Foundation Of West Alabama Awards Fall Grants

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Community Foundation of West Alabama on Wednesday announced it has awarded grants to seven area nonprofit groups from Endowment Funds as part of its most recent grant cycle.

The CFWA is a charitable organization that supports various cultural, health, social and educational initiatives in Bibb, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Lamar, Marengo, Pickens, Sumter, and Tuscaloosa counties.
Over its 20s years of operation, the nonprofit has given over $20 million to charitable causes.

- Larry Deavers, Family Counseling Services
- Nicole Fulgham, Secret Meals for Hungry Children.
