Dillard's Chophouse To Open Second Location In Birmingham

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Tuscaloosa's Dillard's Chophouse on Thursday announced plans to open a second location in The Westin Birmingham.

The new fine-dining steakhouse is set for a grand opening on April 29

The popular eatery offers USDA Prime cuts and house specialty dishes created by Head Chef
Jacob Stull, has over 13 years of culinary expertise to the table.

Along with steaks, guests can enjoy a cocktail menu and a comprehensive wine list, with plans for a house dry aging that will be added in the future.

Dillard Chophouse will also serve breakfast from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and lunch
from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and dinner from 4 p.m. to midnight.

The owners say the new venue can host around 120 guests.

"We are excited to become a part of Birmingham's vibrant restaurant community," owner Andrew Dillard said. "Our decision to open a second location in downtown Birmingham was a great move, allowing us to offer our signature menu and exceptional service, similar to what our patrons enjoy in Tuscaloosa."
