A report says former President Donald Trump plans to attend the Sept. 28 game in Bryant-Denny Stadium between Alabama and Georgia.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — A political commentator with a large social media following reported on Monday that former President Donald Trump plans to attend the Sept. 28 football game at Bryant-Denny Stadium between Alabama and Georgia.

Mark Halperin reported via X — the platform formerly known as Twitter — that his sources confirmed the Republican nominee for president will be on hand for the high-profile matchup, marking the second time he has attended a football game in Tuscaloosa.

The former president has attended two previous Alabama football games, with the first being Alabama's 2018 national championship win over Georgia.

Trump also attended Alabama's matchup against LSU in 2019.

No timetables have been released as to the former president's schedule or itinerary for that day and his attendance has yet to be confirmed by the Trump campaign.
