Captain Jack Kennedy, commander of the multiagency unit, told local media on Wednesday that investigators determined that four individuals had entered the business, physically assaulted an employee, and shot the same employee as the altercation moved into the parking lot.
The victim suffered injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.

It is believed by investigators that the altercation stemmed from an ongoing dispute involving the victim and was not related to the business itself.
Kennedy went on to say that several of the suspects were reportedly wearing full-face masks during the incident and authorities quickly developed a suspect vehicle.
This led to the arrest of a 16-year-old, who was charged with first-degree assault as an adult and is currently held without bond.
Kennedy said the following morning that three additional suspects — ages 15, 16, and 18 — were also taken into custody. All four suspects face charges of first-degree assault.
He then said the 15-year-old suspect has been sent to juvenile detention, while the two 16-year-olds were charged as adults and are being held at the Tuscaloosa County Jail without bond.
Per state law, the suspects can not be identified by name due to their ages.
The 18-year-old suspect was identified as Nicholas Tubbs of Tuscaloosa.
