'Homeless' Man Sought In Homicide Investigation At Tuscaloosa AA Club
A homeless man is believed to be responsible for the death of a man whose body was found Tuesday at the Alcoholics Anonymous.
TUSCALOOSA, AL β The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit says it is looking for a homeless man who is believed to be responsible for the death of a man whose body was found Tuesday at the Alcoholics Anonymous club on Jack Warner Parkway.

Captain Jack Kennedy, commander of the multiagency unit, identified Russell Thomas Andrews, 62, as the man found deceased, before saying that foul play is believed to be involved.

Kennedy said investigators are searching for a person of interest last seen Monday night around 10 p.m.
He went on to provide a vivid description of the potential suspect, saying the unidentified man homeless man has reportedly been in the Tuscaloosa area for several.

Kennedy said the man is described as a white male, approximately 50 years of age, with dark hair and dark eyes. He is approximately 5β11" tall and weighs roughly 180 pounds.
"He wears glasses and often wears a soft hat of some sort," Kennedy said. "He may be missing toes on one or both feet and walks with a limp. The only name for the subject known so far is 'J.P.' The subject's last name may be βPatrick.β
