“As we embark on this League year, our mission is clear — to prepare women to lead with purpose, courage and vision,” Spikes said. “The Junior League of Tuscaloosa is more than a service organization; we are a catalyst for leadership development. Our members are equipped to assume greater roles in the community and to drive meaningful, lasting change. Our members are decision-makers, innovators, and advocates. We are committed to moving beyond short-term volunteer projects to initiatives that build stronger systems and empower more people. That’s the legacy we are building in West Alabama.”
