TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Kentuck Art Center has announced the winners of its juried art show at the 54th Kentuck Festival of Arts held over the weekend in Tuscaloosa's Snow Hinton Park.

The top prize, Best in Show, went to fiber artists Wilber Quispe Huaman and Gwendi Raymond for their entry displayed at booth B-49.

Two artists received Awards of Distinction, and a slate of creators earned Merit Awards recognizing excellence in jewelry, printmaking, mixed media, clay, wood and other categories.

Judges award a total of $12,200 to exhibiting artists as part of the competition.
