In an update on Friday, Kennedy said after examining crimes scene and ballistic evidence, autopsy results, conducting follow up interviews, and after consultation with the District Attorney’s Office, probable cause was found to charge the shooter in this case with murder.
He then said warrants were obtained and Jamarcus Raheem Jordan, 20, was arrested Thursday for murder and shooting into an occupied dwelling.
Kennedy said the fatal shooting occurred during an argument between the two men.
