Captain Jack Kennedy, commander of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, told local media that four victims were struck and deputies unsuccessfully attempted life-saving efforts on one man, later identified as 20-year-old Cayden "Beau" Nolen.
A GoFundMe has been launched for Nolen's family, which has raised $4,625 toward its $5,000 goal from 75 donors as of the publication of this story.

"The family has endured an enormous amount of loss in a little over 2 months," organizer and relative SaraBeth Miller said on the GoFundMe page. "Matt, who was Beau’s dad, passed away unexpectedly in November. Matt was the financial provider for their family. Brooke has done everything to make ends meet since Matt’s passing. No words right now will help ease the family’s suffering and pain. Together, maybe we can ease the financial strain on [his mother] Brooke [to] give Beau a beautiful and proper funeral."
Nolen was pronounced dead at the scene, while two other victims were hospitalized with critical wounds. Kennedy on Sunday said those two victims were in stable condition, while a fourth victim was struck and received non-life-threatening injuries."
Three suspects were arrested shortly after the shooting and identified as Dallas Eugene Clark, 22, of Northport; Zachary Tyler Smith, 23, of Buhl; and Jarret Tyler Booth, 21, also of Buhl.
All three men were charged with one count of murder, and three counts of attempted murder, with
Kennedy saying more charges could be brought up as the investigation moves forward.

According to a deposition obtained by Patch following the shooting, Clark turned himself in at the Tuscaloosa County Jail shortly after the shooting and told investigators that he and Booth had been beaten up at the party on Pate Road and told to leave.
Based on the address provided in court documents, the shooting occurred at 3:12 a.m. and a simple Google Maps search of the address shows a residence down an unmarked road and far from view at the bottom of the hill on Pate Road.

Court documents show that Booth admitted to being beaten up at the party and driving Clark back to Clark's residence so he could retrieve two guns. Clark also admitted to shooting "between two and five people" at the party once the gunfire broke out.
There's no mention in any of the depositions for the three suspects of anyone at the party returning gunfire during the shooting.
What's more, Clark admitted to investigators that he informed Booth that he was going to "kill people" back at the party and Booth also told police that he knowingly and willingly drove Clark back to the party — even going so far as to say he provided Clark with ammunition on the way.
In the deposition, Clark admits to shooting multiple people at the party, before Booth transported him from the scene.
Smith, in his deposition, also admitted to going to Clark's residence in Booth's truck, where he corroborated being told by Clark of his intentions to "kill" before the shooting. He then told investigators that he willingly and knowingly got into Booth's truck and returned to the party.
The deposition says witnesses at the scene reported to law enforcement that a man matching the description of Smith exited the truck with a gun and with a man also matching the description of Clark.
All three men remain in the Tuscaloosa County Jail without bond. Hearings regarding the application of Aniah's Law to the suspect's cases are set for Thursday.
Aniah's Law allows judges the authority to consider denying bond to violent offenders.
