New Lake Tuscaloosa Condo Development Plans To Open In 2025

TUSCALOOSA, AL — A groundbreaking was held Thursday as work moves forward on HILLHOUSE Condominiums on Lake Tuscaloosa.

The residential project, developed by a team consisting of Andy Turner, Miller Mobley, Kenny Short and Joe Gillis, features 18 exclusive units geared toward promoting modern living and serene lakeside enjoyment.

HILLHOUSE Condominiums is expected to welcome residents by November 2025.

HILLHOUSE will offer a range of one to four-bedroom floor plans, each with expansive balconies providing views of Lake Tuscaloosa. Only seven units remain available for sale.

Amenities for the development include a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, fitness center, club room, billiards room, and sauna.

Elite Building is the general contractor for the project, while the architecture will be provided by Poole and Company.

Mobley & Partners are handling interior design for the condos and the engineering work is being done by TTL, Inc.

Spaces Management will manage the property and SmartBank is providing the financing.
