Nick Saban On 2025 Ballot For College Football Hall Of Fame

Former University of Alabama head football coach Nick Saban has been named on the 2025 ballot for the College Football Hall of Fame.

TUSCALOOSA, AL β€” Former University of Alabama head football coach Nick Saban has been named among those on the 2025 ballot for the College Football Hall of Fame.

The first coach in history to win national titles with two different schools, Saban retired with the most championships in Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) history following the 2023 season. Saban also led Alabama to a top 10 final ranking in 16 consecutive seasons, in addition to 11 Southeastern Conference championships.

He is also on the ballot for his coaching stops at Toledo, Michigan State and LSU.

This year's ballot includes 77 players and nine coaches from FBS ranks, in addition to 101 players and 34 coaches from the divisional ranks.

U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville, Alabama's Republican senior senator who previously coached Auburn, Ole Miss, Cincinnati and Texas Tech, is also on the 2025 ballot, along with longtime Troy head coach Larry Blakeney.

The 2025 College Football Hall of Fame Class will be officially inducted in Las Vegas on Dec. 9, 2025 at the Bellagio Hotel & Resort.

Voting will close on July 1.
