City officials say Northport City Hall will once again be transformed into a holiday wonderland, in addition to featuring a lineup of dress-up characters such as the Grinch, Santa, Elsa, Anna, Olaf, and Elf on the Shelf.

Attendees will also be able to enjoy complimentary treats and beverages at the hot chocolate station, a drink and popcorn station, and a cotton candy area.
