One Dead, 'Several' Injured In Saturday Morning Shooting In Buhl

BUHL, AL — The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit and the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office are on the scene of a multiple shooting in Buhl.

Captain Jack Kennedy, commander of the multi-agency unit, told local media that investigators responded around 3 a.m. to the initial call in the 11000 block of Pate Road.

He said one victim died as a result of their injuries, while "several" other victims were also injured. It is unclear how many victims were injured in the shooting.

Kennedy also said several persons of interest are in custody, but declined to provide further details other than the fact that none of the victims or suspects are juveniles.
