One Injured In Shooting On Skyland Boulevard Friday Morning

Here's the latest on a Friday morning shooting at a gas station in Tuscaloosa that left one person with minor injuries.

TUSCALOOSA, AL β€” The Tuscaloosa Police Department says one person was injured in a shooting Friday morning.

TPD confirmed to Patch that the shooting occurred at 3:12 a.m. Friday morning in the 700 block of Skyland Boulevard at the Shell gas station.

The individual injured was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.

No word has been given on any suspects or criminal charges and no other details have been made available at this time and the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit has assumed the investigation.
