TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Tinsel Trail officially opened this week in Government Plaza, featuring dozens of trees decorated by local companies and institutions as a fundraiser for Tuscaloosa's One Place.

The event is the largest fundraising platform for the nonprofit agency and was first established in 2013 by Tuscaloosa’s One Place to support its programs to strengthen families and prevent child abuse and neglect in West Alabama.

Tuscaloosa's One Place works with over 300 different community partners providing financial, programmatic and in-kind support for local families in need.
