Polling Locations For Sept. 24's Tuscaloosa City Schools Property Tax Referendum
Voters in Tuscaloosa on Tuesday will cast ballots for a proposed property tax increase for Tuscaloosa City Schools.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Voters in Tuscaloosa on Tuesday will cast ballots for a proposed property tax increase that, if passed, would see additional revenue generated for Tuscaloosa City Schools.

The application to cast absentee ballots was 4:30 p.m. on Monday and if an absentee ballot is returned by mail or commercial carrier, it must be postmarked by Sept. 23 and received by noon Tuesday.

Those with registration questions can contact the Tuscaloosa County Board of Registrars at (205) 349-3870 ext. 8415.

Voters can also confirm their registration status, ballot status, polling location and address by visiting the Alabama Secretary of State website.
This election is only open to photos registered in the City of Tuscaloosa.
Polls open at 7 a.m. and will close at 7 p.m.

District 1 — Tuscaloosa Department of Transportation(TDOT) Building Auditorium at 1000 28th Avenue.
District 2 — McDonald Hughes Community Center at 3101 Martin Luther King Jr., Blvd.
District 3 — Church of the Highlands at 721 Rice Mine Rd NE.
District 4— Calvary Baptist Church Annex at 1208 Paul W. Bryant Drive
District 5 — Alberta Baptist Church at 2210 University Blvd East
District 6 — Belk Activity Center at 2101 Bowers Park Drive
District 7 — East McFarland Baptist Church at 6007 McFarland Blvd East
