Alabama's first-ever PopStroke is visible from McFarland Boulevard located at 80 Harper Lee Drive next to the Hampton Inn.

Tuscaloosa City Council President Kip Tyner, who represents District 5 where PopStroke has set up shop, announced that a ribbon-cutting will be held on Jan. 16 before it opens to the public at noon on Jan. 17.

PopStroke defines its concept as a technology-infused golf entertainment venue featuring two 18-hole putting courses crafted by Woods and his TGR Design team.

PopStroke also offers a custom mobile app that allows customers to order drinks and food to be delivered anywhere on the course, showcase their scores on a digital scoreboard, and save money with the PopBucks loyalty rewards program.

The putting courses are complemented by an elevated full-service restaurant and bar that includes outdoor dining areas, various outdoor games, a playground, and an ice cream parlor.
