Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. To Speak At University Of Alabama Wednesday

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is scheduled for a campaign stop on the University of Alabama campus on Wednesday.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is scheduled for a campaign stop on the University of Alabama campus on Wednesday, Jan. 24.

The event will be held in Sellers Auditorium at the Bryant Conference Center, with doors opening at noon. The speaking engagement will then last from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Campaign officials encourage attendees to arrive early, saying latecomers cannot be seated.

What's more, the campaign says once the auditorium reaches capacity, it will not be able to accommodate additional attendees and no standing room will be available.

There will also be a Q&A session, with the campaign saying Kennedy will do his best to answer as many questions as possible, but time constraints may limit the number of questions addressed.

Kennedy originally entered the presidential race on the Democratic Primary ticket, but suspended that bid for the party's nomination in October, opting instead to run as an independent.
