Shelton State Announces Spring Schedule For Terrific Tuesday Concert Series

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Shelton State Community College on Thursday announced the spring schedule for its 2023-2024 Terrific Tuesday Concert Series.

The spring schedule is set to begin Tuesday, Jan. 23 at 1 p.m. in the Alabama Power Recital Hall on the Martin Campus.

Admission to each concert is free and all performances will be at 1 p.m. in the Alabama Power Hall unless otherwise noted on the schedule.

• Jan. 23 - Dr. Dawn Neely| Soprano| University of West Georgia Faculty
• Jan. 30 - Dr. Erik Larson| Oboe| University of West Alabama Faculty
• Feb. 6 - Piano Quartet Recital| Mississippi State University Faculty
• Feb. 13 - Army’s 151st Band & Studio 106| Joint Recital with Army Band & TCC Fine Art Academy Students
• Feb. 20 - NATS Musical
• Feb. 27 - Dr. Luvada Harrison| Soprano| University of Alabama Faculty
• March 5 - Student Musicale
• March 19 - Piano Duo Recital| Sarah Elias & Wayne Gilreath| University of West Georgia Faculty
• March 29 - Viola Recital| Jake Pietroniro| DMA Candidate at the University of Alabama
• April 2 - Flute and Voice Recital| Dr. Diane Boyd-Schultz, Flute| Dr. Jennifer Cowgill, Soprano
• April 9 - SSCC Student Recital| William Jockisch| Trumpet
