Shelton State also explains that female nontraditional careers are occupations in which less than 25% of individuals employed are female, while male nontraditional careers are occupations where less than 25% of employed individuals are male.
The college says many current and former SSCC students have found enrolling in a nontraditional gender program to be a rewarding and life-changing experience.
