Miller also said listeners can expect fun banter about Miller’s cat and the "ongoing debate over whether sugar belongs in cornbread."
“We thought starting a podcast would be a fun way to engage with our audience in a more personal way,” Turley said. “I love chatting and cutting up with Adam, and I feel like audiences don’t get to see that side of us much.”
Turley and Miller combine for nearly 30 years of collaboration going into the podcast in the hope that their long-standing rapport will be evident in their conversations.
The first two episodes are available in both audio and video formats, with the video version available for free on Spotify.
“I love being on camera, even though podcasts are traditionally audio-only,” Miller said. “There is something special about seeing two people laughing together, talking about what they love. I love working with Tina, and since this is her last season, we thought a podcast would be a wonderful way to capture her expertise and spirit with us forever.”
Turley says “Brewing Theatre” will continue until her retirement after the 2024-25 season, which is titled “Making Theatre Magic.”
