Three Charged After One Killed, Three Injured In Buhl Shooting
Three men have been charged following a shooting in Buhl early Saturday morning that killed one person and injured three others.

Captain Jack Kennedy, commander of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, said Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office deputies responded at approximately 3 a.m. to the 11000 Block of Pate Road on a shooting call.

He then explained that the shooting occurred at a residence near the Rustic Barn Venue and had nothing to do with the business.
Kennedy went on to say that the shooting occurred at a gathering or party after several subjects had gotten into an altercation.

"Four victims were struck," he said of the shooting. "Deputies attempted life-saving efforts on one subject, but they were not successful. Two other victims were hospitalized with critical wounds, but are currently stable. A fourth victim was struck and received non-life-threatening injuries."
The individual killed in the shooting was identified as 20-year-old Cayden Nolen.
The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit and the TCSO Crimes Scene Units responded to assume the investigation, which resulted in three men being arrested after being located in separate locations within Tuscaloosa County.
The three suspects were identified as Dallas Eugene Clark, 22, of Northport; Zachary Tyler Smith, 23, of Buhl; Jarret Tyler Booth, 21, of Buhl.
"After extensive interviews of witnesses and suspects, executing multiple search warrants, processing a very large crime scene, and consultation with the District Attorney’s Office, all three subjects were charged with one count of murder, and three counts of Attempted Murder each."
Kennedy then said multiple other charges are pending the ongoing investigation.
The three suspects remain in the Tuscaloosa County Jail with no bond.
