“We are excited to partner with Wake Forest for this meaningful event that goes beyond basketball,” Alabama head coach Nate Oats said. “We are looking forward to the opportunity to play in Birmingham against a quality program in Wake Forest and give back to the Children’s of Alabama.”

The exhibition will mark the second consecutive season the Crimson Tide and Demon Deacons have met in a charity game, with Wake Forest defeating Alabama 88-80 last year ahead of the Crimson Tide's historic Final Four run.

The Demon Deacons finished the 2023-24 campaign with a 21-14 record and an 11-9 mark in Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) play.

Wake Forest returns five letter winners and three starters, including All-ACC First Team selection Hunter Sallis.

The Crimson Tide is 2-5 all-time against Wake Forest.

The Crimson Tide will led by All-American Mark Sears and return five letter-winners from last season’s Final Four team, including welcoming the No. 2 overall recruiting class and the No. 7 transfer class in the country.
