After tying the record of 530 points held by former Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds, the graduate student from Hoover hit a 43-yard field goal for Alabama's first score of the SEC Championship game to break the record.

As of the publication of this story, Reichard has scored a total of 534 points during his Crimson Tide career.
On the season, Reichard has gone 18-for-21 on field goal attempts, with his longest being a 51-yarder in the Tide's only loss, which came to Texas early in the year.
