Tuscaloosa City Schools Looking To Fill 65 Open Positions

Tuscaloosa City Schools on Thursday announced it will hold a recruitment fair at Central High School on July 18 to hire for 65 open jobs.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Tuscaloosa City Schools (TCS) on Thursday announced it will hold a recruitment fair at Central High School on July 18 to hire for 65 open positions.

TCS says the open positions include 22 classroom teachers and positions in transportation, facilities and the school system's Child Nutrition Program.

Substitute teacher positions are also available and representatives from each department will be on hand to discuss the jobs.

“We have a variety of career opportunities within TCS,” Assistant Superintendent of Operations Deron Cameron said. “If you are looking to make a difference in the lives of our children, join us at the TCS job fair.”

TCS says the hiring fair will be held in Central's auxiliary gym from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
