Tuscaloosa Fire To Host Cookies, Cocoa & Pictures With Santa

TUSCALOOSA, AL —Tuscaloosa Fire Rescue on Tuesday announced it will host its Cookies, Cocoa, and Pictures with Santa Event on Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. until noon at Fire Station 1.

The free event will provide visitors with treats and hot cocoa, along with ornaments to decorate and letters to write Santa.

Along with activities for visitors, TFR will also be collecting toys for the Toys for Tots campaign.

"We kindly request that those who attend bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to this worthy cause and help make a child's holiday season a little brighter," Fire Chief Randy Smith said in a press release. "We look forward to seeing the community come together and enjoy the Christmas season with us at Tuscaloosa Fire Rescue."

TFR Station 1 is located at 1501 Greensboro Avenue.
