Tuscaloosa Seeking Public Input For University Boulevard Project

The meeting will be held on Thursday, June 27, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Tuscaloosa Gateway.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The City of Tuscaloosa on Thursday announced it is seeking public feedback on a project on University Boulevard East aimed at addressing pedestrian needs and improving intersections.

The city says the proposed project also includes resurfacing, sidewalk installation, underground utilities, lighting and other roadway improvements along University Boulevard East from Arcadia Drive to Redmont Drive.

The city also said a public involvement meeting will be held on Thursday, June 27, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Tuscaloosa Gateway, which is located at 2614 University Boulevard East.
