Numerous media reports have said the company is facing serious financial turbulence, which prompted it to begin considering Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, along with closing dozens of its restaurants across its national footprint.

News reports say the brand operates more than 650 locations nationwide. Interestingly enough, these same reports cite Red Lobster's popular "Endless Shrimp" promotion as a key factor in its current troubles.
Thus far, the company has reportedly already started auctioning off equipment from its restaurants in Decatur, Huntsville and Mobile.

Along with the location at 2620 McFarland Blvd East in Tuscaloosa, the brand also has locations in Birmingham, Dothan, Florence, Gadsden, Montgomery, Oxford, and Vestavia Hills.
