Dubbed Tidy Up Tuscaloosa, the initiative will aim to physically clean up Northport and Tuscaloosa by removing litter and taking on projects to leave the community a better place while empowering people at the same time.

Tidy Up Tuscaloosa will take place on Earth Day (April 22), with a kickoff event scheduled at The Park at Manderson Landing, which is located at 69 Jack Warner Parkway in Tuscaloosa.
The kickoff event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
