UCP United To Host 'Tidy Up Tuscaloosa' On Earth Day

NORTHPORT, AL — United Cerebral Palsy of West Alabama (UCP United) has announced plans to launch a local beautification campaign to take on litter and other environmental issues in the community.

Dubbed Tidy Up Tuscaloosa, the initiative will aim to physically clean up Northport and Tuscaloosa by removing litter and taking on projects to leave the community a better place while empowering people at the same time.

Tidy Up Tuscaloosa will take place on Earth Day (April 22), with a kickoff event scheduled at The Park at Manderson Landing, which is located at 69 Jack Warner Parkway in Tuscaloosa.

The kickoff event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
